Still Point Space and Back of Beyond Adventures are collaborating this summer, to offer a unique experience combining meditation and paddle boarding.

More and more people are turning to meditation and mindfulness to find some peace in their life. But it does not have to be experienced sitting still in a room. After walking meditation, now try meditation on paddle boards.

Stop, slow down and let the beautifull and secret riverside surroundings of Richmond and Twickenham soothe you. Connect even deeper and explore your inner world through some guided visualisation, to the gentle movement of the water.

Come on an adventure with us on a Sunday morning,let go of your working week, switch off from your digital distractions and have fun exploring nature, sport and some mindfulness.
