Do you want to master paddleboarding techniques and gain confidence for your own stand up paddleboarding adventures on flat water? Suitable for all abilities, the SUP Wise Improver Course takes place over a series of three sessions and leads you on to the SUP Wise Cruiser Course.
Beyond basic stand up paddle skills, the course covers stand up paddle safety, boards and equipment, safe locations, paddle practice and stroke correction and techniques to paddle with confidence.
