Family SUP Camp

Our Family SUP Camp takes place on the banks of the River Medway in the south of England, surrounded by lovely scenery and historic oust houses.
Activities include stand up paddleboarding, wild swimming, shelter building, firelighting, backwoods cooking and a moonlit paddle.
This is a 2-day guided river descent (including overnight bivouac) navigating the Medway's very own 'rapids'. It is a really memorable experience for families to share together.
All activities are led by our experienced team, who have worked in the area for over 10 years. They will build your confidence and ensure safety without compromising the thrills.
With a select number of families per camp, this riverside adventure is the perfect chance to reconnect with your family and to form friendships with like-minded adventurers.
All meals + wine with dinner included in the price so you can fully relax after a hard day's adventuring
This is a one way trip starting in Tonbridge and finishing in Yalding, so please take that into account when planning your travel.

Leave your phone and your every day life behind and retreat into nature.
Join us at Hartlake Road Bridge, Tonbridge at 6:00pm where you will pack your overnight gear into dry bags before stepping onto a paddleboard and paddle in to the back of beyond leaving all the stresses of you work and life behind!
Peacefully paddling down the Medway, you will have time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and fully immerse yourself in nature. Spotting animals. Soaking up the bank side scenery. Chatting to your fellow paddlers. Once we have found our spot for the night, we will set up camp and build a fire. Before we settle down for dinner there will be time to go swimming and sit in peaceful meditation. Once it gets dark, why not go out exploring again for a midnight paddle under the moon.
After sleeping under the stars, greet the day with your own practice, a swim and breakfast before we paddle back.
